Will matched betting make me money?

Over the last few years, the phenomenon known as ‘Matched Betting’, has taken the internet by storm. I’m sure if you’ve done any research into matched betting, you’ll have seen hundreds upon hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of positive reviews and feedback from people who have made a tonne of cash, but no matter how many testimonials you read, you’ll always be wondering the following: ‘Can matched betting actually make me money?’.

The answer? Yes, it can. It does require time, effort and some patience - but it is a very, very good way to make a reliable online income. However, it’s not the only way to make money online. We’re firm believers of not putting one’s eggs into one basket; therefore, we’ve penned this piece to explore other ways to make money online.

Matched Betting: Although (as stated above) there are many other ways to earn cash online, matched betting is still our number one. We can say from personal experience that we’ve made a decent income over the last two years (several thousand pounds); therefore, we are in a position to both give it the thumbs up and recommend it to anyone who reads our blog. We’ll not go into detail here (as we’d be here all day!), so instead we’ll give you a nudge in the right direction by telling you where to learn more, i.e The Bet Adviser.

Online Surveys: Completing online surveys is a tried and tested way to make an extra income online. Sure, it is not as lucrative as it once was (when I first started doing them back in 2005, companies paid out a lot more), but it is still a viable source of income, provided that you put the requisite amount of time in. How much can you earn? In some cases up to £3 per survey, but in most cases, it is likely to be less than £1; but, it all adds up!

Market trading: Although this isn’t strictly making money online, investing in the stock markets can be a hefty source of income if done correctly (if being the operative word there!). Yes, you can make ‘megabucks’, but you can also lose money if you don’t trade wisely, so please be aware of this before you go rushing out to start making trades (not that you’d be so rash, obviously!). If you’re a novice to the world of market trading, head over to Google and YouTube to learn the basics before using your own money.

Online Reviewing: Like reviewing websites and apps? Want to get paid for doing so? Well, now you can! There are a handful of online companies out there that pay users to review all manner of websites and apps. If you’re a dab hand at writing reviews, this is certainly something for you to explore. All of the companies that offer payment for reviews are very specific about who they allow into their ‘review team(s)’; therefore, you must prove your worth before they let you loose and pay you for the privilege!

These are just four ways to earn money online (we’d be here for at least two weeks if we detailed all the ways to make cash on the internet), but they should provide you with a nice introduction to the world of making an extra quid or ten (or hundred) through the power of the internet.

Did you find this article useful? Have you used any of the above methods to make money? Were you successful? We’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback.
